If you've ever used a hammer and a nail, a screw and a drill, a needle and thread, or a roller and paint you already know a little about what tech is like. Tech is every single other aspect of a show that isn't acting or directing! That means we encompass lights, sound, set building, set painting, props, special effects, furniture, make-up, costumes... And on and on. If you need it, we build it. 

     At Roosevelt, tech is primarily student run. We have students that sew the costumes, coordinate the light cues, and build and paint absolutely everything. At present, tech is one of the largest after school programs, and new people are always welcome. No prior experience needed... Trust me, there's always something else to learn.
